if they would make a sound investment. After we have reviewed each property internally,
the property is then inspected by a local licensed property appraiser and certified
property inspector. With the appraisal and property inspection in hand a senior
advisor reviews all the facts and decides if the opportunity will make it to one
of our investment partners for further review. Once the decision to invest the
property has been made our clients simply follow through our investment
procedure to complete the investment.
